Rachel K. Butts

Rachel Butts is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant whose practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, and Medicaid planning.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Rachel held accounting, tax, and financial reporting roles in both public accounting and private industry. Her background as a Certified Public Accountant provides valuable insight into the financial issues that arise in estate planning, trust administration, and Medicaid planning.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is a licensed Arizona Certified Public Accountant.
