Description

Dyer Bregman & Ferris, PLLC, a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Phoenix, is searching for a Probate Attorney to join its team and work under the guidance of its dynamic Partners. The preferred candidate will have between one and three years of experience assisting individuals and families with probate and trust administration. Admission to practice law in Arizona is required.

The candidate must be responsible, confident, and capable of managing their own caseload while under supervision. It is essential to work well independently and collaboratively and demonstrate a willingness to exceed expectations to meet client needs.

Requirements

• An active Arizona State Bar license in good standing is required for this position.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
• Strong research skills are necessary.
• Must possess knowledge of current Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
