Victoria has been in the legal profession for more than 35 years and advises and supports the legal team in complex litigation with support technology from proper collection of electronically stored information, preservation, legal holds, data processing, and project management. She works with counsel to find the most efficient and cost-effective methods to manage cases, from the onset through trial and collections.
Victora graduated with a history degree from Alma College in Alma, Michigan and received her Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1991. She works with attorneys at the firm in a variety of areas, including complex commercial and real estate litigation, bankruptcy, appeals, collections, and administrative law matters. She is the Meetings Director of the Phoenix Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and the Registration Director for WiECON27.
