Stephen So was born in Hong Kong, raised in Singapore, and legally educated in the United States—therefore, he brings a unique international perspective to his practice. He is an attorney admitted to practice in Arizona who is proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Before becoming a licensed attorney, Stephen gained hands-on experience as an immigration law clerk and as a judicial extern at the Arizona Court of Appeals. These experiences exposed him to a wide range of legal practice areas and sharpened his ability to analyze complex matters from multiple angles. Following his admission to the bar, Stephen began his career defending clients in sophisticated, multi-million-dollar federal tax controversies.

Stephen now focuses on representing individuals and businesses in corporate and business transactions as well as general civil litigation. He collaborates with other senior counsel of the Firm to provide clients with sound advice on entity formation, asset and stock sales and purchases, real estate matters, and regulatory compliance (including visa applications and immigration compliance) in varied industries including technology, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.
