Dyer Bregman & Ferris, PLLC, a mid-sized law firm in downtown Phoenix, is seeking a Business Transactional Attorney to work for and under the mentorship of its dynamic Partners. The position involves commercial transactions, business sales and mergers, and commercial/residential real estate transactions. This individual’s responsibilities will include: analysis of transactions and problem-solving to ensure smooth transactions and client communication.

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience and will need to be responsible, confident, and able to manage their own case load under supervision. Must work well individually and as part of a team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Required for this position is an active Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Excellent research skills;
• Knowledge of current Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure;
• Fluent in Chinese, preferred.
