Michael’s practice area emphasizes estate planning, private fiduciary and trust company representation, guardianship/conservatorship administration, establishment and administration of decedents’ estates and trusts; elder law and special needs trust matters. Michael also assists clients with Medicaid planning, business organization, and planning. He is a licensed private fiduciary.
Scott’s practice focuses on litigation in all probate matters including contested estate plans, elder law and exploitation cases. Scott is also a licensed private fiduciary.
Mark’s practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Strategic Business Planning and Real Estate.
Chuck’s areas of his practice include personal injury law, Social Security matters and probate related matters, including administration of decedents’ estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, and elder law.
Kelly’s areas of practice encompass wills, trusts, conservatorships and guardianships; elder law; mental health law and other areas of law pertinent to such cases; and special matters.
Bridget focuses her practice in the areas of elder law, mental health, special needs planning, probate and trusts, with the main focus of her practice having been special needs planning.
Michelle focuses her practice in the area of estate planning; as well as the administration of decedent’s estates, trusts, conservatorships and guardianships; and other related areas of law.
Carla attended the University of San Diego where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Relations and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2015 earning the distinction of cum laude for graduating near the top of her class.
Richard focuses his practice in the areas of business planning, estate planning, charitable and exempt organizations, and probate law.
Sherman Bendalin has practiced law in Arizona since 1969. He has been president of Sherman R. Bendalin, P.C., since 1982 and became Of Counsel to Dyer & Ferris, LLC in November of 2014. His main emphasis has been on representing claimants before the Social Security Administration.
Scott graduated from Arizona Summit Law School (Formerly Phoenix School of Law) with a Juris Doctor, in April 2014 with a GPA of 3.90 which was ranked 1st out of 255 students.
Christine Tasopulos has been a practicing attorney in Arizona since 2003. Christine has taken over one hundred cases to trial, including misdemeanors and felonies in both jury and bench trials.
Sergio is of counsel with DBF, and works with several of our practice groups, especially Social Security disability and Public Benefits. He also has a solo practice devoted to representing veterans and their families pursue benefits with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Lawrence is the firm’s public benefits coordinator that assists the attorneys in handling matters concerning public benefits including Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), Arizona Heath Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Veteran Affairs program qualification.
Rick’s practice includes business advice, formation of Arizona limited liability companies, and estate planning.
